- Low Yat Construction Company Sdn Bhd was founded by the late Tan Sri Low Yat.
 
1948
- Constructed the Group’s first hotel, the Capitol Hotel in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.
 
1957
- 
Official opening of Malaysia’s first international class 10-storey hotel. The Federal Hotel in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. The hotel was officially opened on 28th August 1957 by the 1st Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj, in time for the Independence Day celebration on 31 August 1957.
 
1963

Extension of The Federal Hotel to 21-storeys with the first revolving restaurant in Malaysia on the 18th floor.
 
1969
- 
Listing of Asia Pacific Land Berhad in Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now known as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) and in the Stock Exchange of Singapore Limited.
 
1973
- 
Development and completion of the first hotel in Langkawi, the 100-room Langkawi Country Club (now known as Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa).

Development and completion of the first hotel in Port Dickson with a shopping arcade and convention facilities, the 159-room Federal Hotel Port Dickson.
 
1980

Development and completion of Mount Pleasure Resort, Penang, a 57-acre resort township comprising of condominiums, town houses with a sports and recreational centre.

- Development and completion of Setapak Garden with 200 units of residential and shop houses in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.
 - Development of Gombak Court and Gombak Flats, medium cost apartments in Gombak, Kuala Lumpur.

The development and completion of The Federal Hotel Singapore, a 255-room first class hotel in Singapore.
 
1986
- The development and completion of The Prince Hotel Kuala Lumpur (now The Melia Hotel), a 300-room first class hotel in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.
 - The development and completion of The Ferringhi Beach Hotel Penang (now Doubletree Resort by Hilton), a 350-room first class resort in Penang, in time for the PATA Conference in April 1986.
 
1990

Development and completion of the pioneer integrated commercial development City Square Centre which includes the 576-room first class Crown Princess Hotel Kuala Lumpur, 62-storey Grade A Empire Tower office building and the City Square Shopping Complex at Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.
 
1993

The acquisition of a commercial property in Rushcutters Bay in Sydney, Australia for re-development into prime residential apartments and hotel.
 
1994
- 
Tan Sri Datuk Seri Low Yow Chuan award the ‘Property Man of The Year’ by FIABCI-Malaysia.

The acquisition of the Historic Grace Building in Sydney, Australia.
 
1996
- Completion of Hotel Fairlane Kuala Lumpur, a 255-room first class hotel, located in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.
 
1997
- The development and completion of award winning Hotel Capitol Kuala Lumpur, a 235-room hotel in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.
 - Completion of the restoration and conversion of the Grace Building into the 382-room first class Grace Hotel and Grace Plaza in the heart of Sydney’s central business district.
 
1998
- Official Launching of Bandar Tasik Puteri, a 2,670-acre residential and commercial township.
 - The development and completion of Bintang Fairlane Residences, 2-blocks of 256 units of serviced suites located in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.
 
1999
- Completion and the opening of Plaza Low Yat in Bukit Bintang. It was named as Malaysia’s Largest IT Lifestyle Mall by the Malaysia Book of Records in 2009.
 - Completion of Tasik Puteri Golf and Country Club, a 27-hole golf course located in Bandar Tasik Puteri, Selangor.
 - The completion and opening of the 245-room Rushcutters Harbourside Hotel Sydney and the exclusive Marina One, a 78-unit luxurious apartments development in Sydney’s prestigious Eastern Suburbs.
 
2004
- The development and completion of Rivercity Condominium, 3 blocks of 572 units residential condominium located on Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, Kuala Lumpur.
 
2008
- The acquisition of oil palm plantations in Kalimantan, Indonesia, marks Low Yat Group’s foray into the agriculture resources sector.
 
2010
- The development and completion of MyHabitat comprising of 2 towers with a total of 383 units of luxurious apartments on Jalan Aman, Kuala Lumpur.
 
2011
- The Group privatised and delisted Asia Pacific Land Berhad, a public listed real estate investment company on the stock exchange of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Berhad.
 
2012
- The development and completion of the 67-units serviced apartment, Shiki Niseko, a luxurious ski resort located in the popular Hirafu area in Hokkaido, Japan.
 - The development and completion of Riverwalk Village, a lifestyle retail destination located adjacent to Rivercity Condominum on Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, Kuala Lumpur

- The development and completion of Semtec Industrial Park, 64 units of semi-detached factories in Semenyih Selangor.

- Tan Seri Low Yow Chuan bestowed with the Mayors Commendable Award for outstanding contribution at the Kuala Lumpur Tourism Awards.
